While your intention there was a great one I highly doubt that the live chat thing will ever help you in a situation like this. On top of that insulting the person you're chatting to ("Are you real? Is your first language English? They might be indirect insults, but they still are insults...) won't make it any more likely that you will get what you want. Plaguing them with emails probably won't have any different effect either.
The best way to get someone to feel responsible is to talk to him. Face-to-face would be the best situation but highly unlikely so the phone is the next best thing. And starting off politely will usually get you further than being rude. Once you've been rude there's usually not much use in trying it the polite way afterwards...
